You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using our service, we'll provide a full refund regardless of the time frame.

- Allow 3-5 business days for processing after approval
What's Eligible for Refunds
- Subscription fees for Creator and Pro plans
- One-time purchases and credits
- Enterprise custom agreements (terms may vary)
- Marketplace transaction fees (in case of platform errors)
What's Not Eligible
- Free plan usage (no payment involved)
- Requests made after 30 days without valid technical reasons
- Abuse or violation of our Terms of Service
- Third-party costs (like AI model usage fees already incurred)
- Marketplace revenue shares already paid to creators
Processing Times
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days (depending on your bank)
- Other Payment Methods: Varies by method and region
Special Circumstances
We understand that special situations may arise:
- Medical or Family Emergencies: We'll work with you on a case-by-case basis
- Service Outages: Automatic credits or refunds for extended downtime
- Billing Errors: Immediate correction and refund if needed
- Duplicate Charges: Full refund of duplicate transactions
